Not enough resistance...for anyone
I don't consider myself to be strong ontop but this band bought at 5.99 at a store provided no exericse at all. I compared it to 3 lb weights and it didn't even feel like 3lbs.
I do however like the grips since they rotate. Quite comfortable foam grips.
I held it as short as I could and still there was no resistance. It was comparable to lifting a water bottle.
If you buy from Valeo get a higher ressitance medium is nothing. I don't even want to know how light feels. Or try another brand that has some better reviews. More detail ...
